What is the shipping scope of the package?

https://uk.magene.com/ can only process orders from the UK. If you are located in the United States, France, Germany, Italy, or Spain, please refer to the following website.

What about delivery time? 

The delivery time consists of two parts, the order processing time and the package transit time.

The time shown on the product page is the order processing time, and the package transit time is selected at checkout.

Note: Wheels are shipped for 30-40 days free of charge and upgraded for an additional £49 for 5-7 days shipping. 

 For example, most products have an order processing time of 1-3 days and a package transit time of 5-7 days, which means that this is calculated from the time the order is placed and is expected to be delivered to your address within 6-10 days.

 

About the Spring Festival Holiday: 

During this Spring Festival holiday, the order processing time of some of your products may be extended, and after-sales service and email replies may also be delayed. For details, please click {Spring Festival Holiday Notice}

 

What about shipping costs and taxes?

Free shipping on purchases of £99, otherwise you will need to pay an additional £10 for shipping.

For wheels, you can upgrade to 5-7 days DHL shipping for an additional £49.

The price of the item is inclusive of customs duties and VAT, which means that when you complete your order, you only need to wait for the package to be delivered.  

 

How do I track the shipment of my order?
 Once you have completed the checkout, we will receive your order, and when we have shipped it, the order status will be Shipped, at which point you will receive an email notification with shipping information.

How about modifying an order?
Please make sure that the information such as the purchased product and the delivery address is correct, when the order is shipped, the order and delivery information will not be modified, please note that we are not responsible for the wrong address, which may cause the package to be undelivered or lost.

*We only ship from Monday to Friday, we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
